EVENT POLICIES Please read thoroughly. 

We are thrilled to invite you to join us at our first-ever Balenciaga Friends and Family Sale! This is a Private - Invite Only Event. 

You must have an appointment to enter. Guests are limited to 1 appointment only and this invite is strictly personal non-transferable. Unregistered companions will not be allowed to enter.

Purchases must be paid on the spot. by credit card. No cash payment will be accepted.

It is prohibited to publish photos and videos of the event on the Internet and social networks.

Time slots are 1 hour and 30 minutes. You will get to shop for 1 hour. and you must be at the checkout to purchase your products in the last 30 minutes of your time slot.

The number of guests allowed per time slot is limited to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask that you respect the chosen time. Entry at any other time is strictly prohibited.

Please note that resale is strictly prohibited for any product purchased on sale.

Refunds. returns. exchanges and alterations will not be possible. 
It is strictly forbidden to reserve or hold any products.

Balenciaga may impose quotas on the number and/or categories of products. which will be communicated to you on the day of the event.
